The return of a product, as long as its packaging has not been violated and is accompanied by the receipt, can be done completely free of charge and the money will be refunded within 15 working days, in case the return is due to an error of the online store.

In case you want to return a product for your personal reasons, without the mistake of the online store, then the shipping costs will be covered by you. It is always the case that in order for such a request to be accepted, the packaging of the product must not have been violated and must be accompanied by the receipt.
