You have the right to return the product you purchased and request its replacement if, through proven Assy fault, you were sold the wrong product, defective or of poor quality (error in receiving the order, invoicing, shipping, damaged during transport - burdens the buyer - with poor packaging, etc.). You have the option to either not accept the receipt of the product from the beginning, or, after receiving it, to return it within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery. Beyond this time limit, Assy may not accept any return or replacement. This time limit cannot be extended.

In addition, the product to be replaced must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. A necessary condition for the return of the respective product to be accepted is that it be in the condition it was received (complete and without damage), in the packaging that normally accompanies the product (it has not been violated).

* The amount of your surcharge is 3.00 euros for a single shipment and 3.00 euros for us to send the parcel back to you. (Not valid when the return is through the fault of Assy).
