SHIPPING METHODS
For your convenience, your order is usually shipped by the cooperating courier company, ACS COURIER & ELTA, either at your place or at the store of your choice. Shipments with a transport company are made in case of orders that are considered bulky, something about which you are automatically informed when completing your order. In this case (of the transport) there is no possibility of choosing the cash on delivery service.
* For areas that are characterized as inaccessible by the cooperating courier company (or transport), the delivery will take place at the nearest cooperating store.
DELIVERY TIME
Orders placed on assy.gr during business days until 15.00 and provided that the product is immediately available, are released from the store on the same day. Delivery time is 1-2 working days for urban, land destinations, 1-3 working days for island destinations and can reach up to 5 working days, for areas that are characterized as inaccessible by the cooperating courier company (or transport). The above delivery times have been estimated approximately and vary in cases of force majeure (eg extreme weather events etc.).
For orders that include products that are not immediately available, after the order, we will contact you by phone to inform you about their delivery time.
SHIPPING COSTS
The sending of orders from 50,00 € and more, is done without charge for shipping costs, for all the destinations of the basic courier network that we cooperate with(only for Greece). Orders up to € 50.00 are charged with shipping costs € 3.50 including VAT. There is no extra charge related to weight or remote areas. For bulky products shipped with a shipping company, you are informed by phone about the shipping charge, as they are not part of the same policy. In case of cash on delivery (for orders up to 50 €) the cost of the service is € 3.00 with VAT.
For the residents of Cyprus the cost is € 18.00 for a parcel weighing 2 kilos and a surcharge of € 3.00 for each additional kilo (these prices are valid only if the order has been paid by credit card or by deposit in its account company).
